This movie is about ten students from Muhammadiyah Elementary school who struggle to prove that their unpopular school can also produce the best student that later will be proven by winning some competitions. 

This movie will also shows the daily life of the 10 students. All of them come from a very poor family. Thats why they can't enter a good school in their village. All the difficulties that they face everyday didn't make them give up although they sometimes were bullied by students from others school. 

  

In This Movie there two genius kids, Lintang is Genius in Math and Ikal Genius in Writing. Ikal is Andrea Hiranata that write Laskar Pelangi Novel. I can't Explain more but if you want to watch an inspiring movie about education or a movie that will inspire you to go through difficulties, i suggest you to watch this movie.

This is a very emotional movie about education, Denias do everything to reach his school. walking 10 days to find a school, starving, bullied, sleeping outside. 

After had found a school, it was really difficult for Denies to register him self. He had no Parents, Had no Money. and this movie will show you how he face all the problems.

Amek is an introvert kid. He didn't pass his examination last year and that fact made him stayed in the same class for 2 years. Amek Has Harelip and most of time, he was bullied. This is a very good inspiring movie. 

Once, his teacher asked Amek about his ambition of what he want to be in the future, he couldn't answer that question because he was afraid that everybody would make fun of him, in his heart, Amek who suffer form Harelip want to be a television news reporter. Amek wrote about his dream in a paper and put that paper inside of a bottle and hung it in a tree that lately will be called Dreams of tree.

Muluk is a smart and Good man thats why most of his neighborhood always ask him when he will find a job, especially his father. 

Once he was offered to join a gangster. Those gangsters stealing money and Muluk Jobs is to train the gangsters members and he got 10% from the money they stolen. 

Muluk at last not only train the gangsters members but also teach them how to read, write and also teach them about religion.

He do things and act as only he is a teacher and the gangsters members is his student. One day, Muluk's Father knew that his son didn't work in a company but work as a gangster and he got really angry. how Muluk deals with all those problems will be shown in this movie.

This movie tells about a young boy who always afraid to socialize with kids in his age. Iwan is the only boy his parents have, he has three sisters, That's why his father really want Iwan to be a brave and strong man, his father want him to do things like what a boy kids usually do, his father even want him to do figthing. But Iwan always feels insecure and he find it difficult to follow what his father want him to do. 

Iwan love studying and he is really good in math. This movie also shows that maybe he is genius in math. 

The journey of how he reach his dream, how he deal with his father and how he at last graduated from a famous university in Indonesia will be shown in this movie.
